I think the cover is done really well. It looks like something you would find on a shelf at a gaming store. The side is a little clumped together though. I think it would have been better to spread out the title to make it seem more realistic. The back is done fairly well too. The only problem I see is the way the words go with the pictures. I see what you were trying to do with it because I have seen game cases like that but with the way the words are sitting and the pictures are titled, it looks a little too thrown together. Move the images a little and line up the words with them and it would look more polished. Other than that, good job on it. Hope my critique helped a little.
Here's an example of a game done in by its own ambition. Unlike Action 52, which was a failed attempt to do something revolutionary, this would have been a great game, if it ever came out.
The reason why it didn't come out is that it became so ambitious, Hasbro could no longer turn a blind eye to this. Had they allowed it to continue, it could have allowed big companies to use this as precedence to plagiarize characters. So, Hasbro basically had no choice, but to issue a cease and desist order for copyright infringement.
Even if this game does end up seeing the light of day, it's going to be entirely OC's. There is no way that Hasbro is going to license a fighting game based on a children's show about friendship.
